berry crush smoothie
Ingredients
1/2 cup of frozen or fresh Blueberries
1/2 a Banana
1/2 cup of frozen Strawberries or Cherries or Raspberries
200 ml of milk of choice
200 ml of water
1 tbsp of Greek yogurt or Kefir
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
6 almonds
2 walnuts
2 Brazil nuts
Half a thumb of ginger (optional)
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional)
Pop everything into your food processor or Nutri bullet and whiz it up until smooth. Pour into a large glass and enjoy!
