Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of frozen or fresh Blueberries

  • 1/2 a Banana

  • 1/2 cup of frozen Strawberries or Cherries or Raspberries

  • 200 ml of milk of choice

  • 200 ml of water

  • 1 tbsp of Greek yogurt or Kefir

  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

  • 6 almonds

  • 2 walnuts

  • 2 Brazil nuts

  • Half a thumb of ginger (optional)

  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional)

Pop everything into your food processor or Nutri bullet and whiz it up until smooth. Pour into a large glass and enjoy!
