SINGLE ONE TO ONE CONSULTATIONS

During your consultation, I will assess your current nutrition and lifestyle. I believe in small changes that are not overwhelming but will make marked differences in your wellbeing. We will work together to set achievable long term goals that are more sustainable to suit you, your family and your day to day lifestyle. This single consultation will include a nutrition report using clinical software for you to take away so you can see straight away the areas that you may need to focus on more.

Nutrition Plans

Boost your energy Plan
This is a 4 week plan where we will look at all aspects of your diet and lifestyle from your daily food intake looking at the little changes you can make to get the most from your food and boost your energy. We will also look at your exercise and movement, what exercise you enjoy and what ways you can fit some into your week. Not forgetting sleep which is one of the most important areas of our lives that gets overlooked. We will look at different solutions to support you into getting a great nights sleep so you wake feeling energised each your day. You will have 2 face to face meetings with me and weekly support call and in between I will be contactable by email or text whatever suits your needs. All of this will support you in reaching your health goals and living your best life.

New Beginnings Plan
This is a longer plan of 8 weeks that may suit your needs. Maybe you have big changes that you want to make and you would like the support of someone along the way of this new start. You will have 4 face to face consultations with me. We will set achievable goals for you, whether that is your nutrition, lifestyle or your overall wellness. I will be there to support and guide you on your new journey each step of the way. You will have scheduled weekly phone calls with me where we can chat about what worked the previous week and make a plan together for the week ahead. This maybe just what you need to make that change now and start from the beginning.

All plans include:

  • An initial consultation (1.5 hours)

  • 30-min follow-up consultations to review goals and targets

  • 15-min support and question calls

  • In-between contact by email or text

  • Access to the online yoga and meditation library for the duration of the plan
