There are classes available for all levels. I teach mainly vinyasa style yoga (Hatha flow yoga) and once a month I teach a relaxing Yin/restorative yoga. Private individual classes, small groups and corporate lunchtime yoga and workshops are also available.

Our Yoga Classes

Inside Out Wellness offers a number of different yoga classes. To learn more about our available classes, click the ‘+’ beside each option.

+ Beginner Flow

In this class, you will learn about the alignment of each pose and how to make adjustments and use props to suit your body and support you in your practice. This class is suitable if are new to yoga or you haven’t practiced for a while and would like to get back to a regular yoga practice. Yoga supports your body whilst increasing your strength, flexibility and balance. You will also enjoy the benefits of a mindful breathing and meditation, which will leave you feels grounded and relaxed. You can then transfer these skills into your everyday life.

+ Improvers Flow

This class is suitable for those who have experience in yoga and would like a more active flow practice, this is a faster-paced class. We will practice vinyasa flow yoga, which is a continuous flow practice. It also supports the cardiovascular system and allows your body to carry the nutrients around your body where they are most needed. It is fantastic for fluid retention We will then return to the floor for a very relaxing shavasana.

+ YIN Yoga

YIN yoga is suitable for everybody from the absolute beginner to the experienced. It is mainly a floor-based yoga where we hold each pose for 3-5 mins. It is a quiet meditative practice where we look more inwards and practice with more compassion to ourselves. Based on traditional Chinese medicine we will be working with the meridians in the body to create balance and harmony of Chi (energy) in your body to leave you feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated.

+ Special Yoga for Autism & ADHD

I currently teach small groups of adults and teenagers. You can book a 1-to-1 session with myself or small groups, please get in touch to discuss further.

+ Private Classes

We can tailor these classes to suit your individual needs being 1-to-1 or small groups. I offer individual private 4 week class bundles, supported by a personal video tailored to you, that you will have access to for your personal practice in between sessions and for 1 month after sessions finish.
